Killer of Juvenson Paul Charged after two-year Search

After a two-year thorough investigation into the murder of 28-year-old Juvenson Paul, Jack Ramirez, a Spring Valley resident who was already confined for unrelated gun violence, was finally charged. Twenty-year-old Ramirez is now being remanded to Rockland County Jail on the new charges.

 The incident occurred in January 2020 when Spring Valley Police Department responded to multiple 911 calls after Paul’s car crashed into a building. When police arrived they tragically discovered that Paul had been shot and killed in the vehicle. 

The Spring Valley Police Department thanked several Rockland County offices for the valuable assistance that they provided during the investigation.
