Town of Ramapo Releases Sanitation, Other Schedules for Next Two Weeks

As the holiday of Passover approaches, the Town of Ramapo released a schedule covering the next two weeks until the first day of Pesach to help prepare and advise residents of the town.

The local sanitation will do extra pickups on Friday, Erev Shabbos Hagudol, and another round of extra pickups on Friday, Erev Pesach.

The town also advised that garbage should be placed outside by Friday, Erev Pesach 6:30am, in order for it to be picked up throughout the day.

Bulk pickup will also be available, and those needing it can start placing large items such as household appliances from Monday, April 4th and on.

Ramapo Police officers will also be patrolling the streets on the days of Yom Tov, and will be providing extra traffic control officers to minimize traffic and ease the flow during the pre-Pesach season.
