Tens of Thousands of Chassidim at Wedding in Gerer Court

Tens of Thousands of chassidim packed the central Gerer Beis Medrash on Rechov Yirmiyahu for the wedding of a grandson of the Gerer Rebbe. 

Although the authorities sanctioned a large scale, chupah, with the participation of tens of thousands of chassidim, the rebbe opted for a small ceremony, with the participation of a small number of family, Admorim, and Rabbonim, on the roof of the main shul due to the current situation in the country. 

A l’chaim took place after the chupah, and the rebbe appeared later in the evening in the main Beis Medrash to celebrate the simcha together with thousands of chassidim from throughout the world who rejoiced upon the simcha in the court.
