Teens Arrested After Their Car Was Found Loaded With Gun Paraphernalia

A pair of teens from Connecticut were arrested by state police after being pulled over on I-87 in Rockland County and found to have gun parts and ammunition inside the car they were driving. 

The incident took place on Sunday, March 17, around 1:30 p.m. Alijah Matias Williams, age eighteen, from Stamford, and Tocloveson Pierre, age nineteen, from Norwalk, were driving a 2024 Kia in the village of Suffern and were stopped for traffic violations on Interstate 87.

The pair were arrested after state police located gun parts and a stash of ammo and weapons parts inside the car. 

State police report that they found, two P-80 Ghost AR Kits (containing a lower and upper receiver); two AR pistol grips; six high-capacity AR magazines; two P-80 jigs; four boxes of .223 ammunition (with 80 rounds in total); and a gravity knife.

The pair were both charged with transportation of weapons and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. Arraigned at Suffern Village Court both were released on their own recognizance.
