Stolen Vehicle from Rockland Reportedly Seen in New Jersey and Staten Island

A vehicle that was reported stolen from a Rockland home, was spotted on Staten Island and in New Jersey on Sunday, causing a search spanning across multiple organizations including Chaveirim of Rockland and Staten Island and Boro Park divisions of Shomrim.

The vehicle, a grey BMW M8 model, with New York plate KEF-5206, was stolen early Sunday morning from a driveway, according to Chaveirim of Rockland.

Video of the incident shows the thief attempting to open other cars, but was unsuccessful. He then proceeded to this vehicle and entered, turned on the motor and drove away. The video shows the perpetrator crashing into two vehicles that were blocking the pathway to a quick exit.
