Ramapo detectives arrested a 31-year-old from Spring Valley today for stealing from at least twelve vehicles in the Village of Chestnut Ridge.

The arrest follows after the one made, on November 3 when Ramapo Police detectives arrested a co-conspirator, a 25-year-old from Hillcrest.
