Michigan-based developer, Beztak Properties, has applied to build "All Seasons Chestnut Ridge," a 165-unit senior living center in Chestnut Ridge.

If approved, Beztak Properties will build the facility on a 7.41 acres parcel along the New York/New Jersey border. Rockland County Business Journal says the building will be almost 60,000 square feet. The development will have independent and assisted living and 154 parking spaces.

Beztak Properties prides itself as a multi-generational, family-owned company with over 60 years of experience designing, developing, and managing high-quality real estate properties.

According to Rockland County Business Journal, Beztak owns and manages its own facilities and others and has 35,000 units under management. Beztak was selected as a 2022 U.S. Best Managed Company, a program recognizing outstanding U.S. private companies and the achievements of their management teams.
