Local Activists Address Residents’ Complaints about Verizon Service

Many Rockland County residents have recently complained about poor Verizon phone service which can become unsafe in cases of emergency.

Some complained of the scratchy connection while others have complained that they keep getting cut off.

After Local activists made their voices heard, they were told by Verizon that it is a nationwide issue that is being worked on.

"Service should hopefully be back to normal by Thursday 10:00 am," said an agent at Verizon.
