Fire Safety and Free Smoke Alarms at Finkelstein

Finkelstein Memorial Library is presenting fire safety facts and the opportunity for eligible home occupants to acquire a fee smoke alarm from the Rockland County Department of Health.

70% of home fire deaths occur in homes with no smoke alarm or no working smoke alarms making working smoke alarms a critical tool for family home safety.

Interested participants can visit the library this evening from 5:30 - 6:30 to get the facts and check if they are eligible for a free smoke alarm.
