Cooperation Between Rockland Police Departments Leads to Recovery of  Stolen Vehicle

On Motzei Shabbos, the Ramapo Police Department received a report of a vehicle stolen from a home in the Village of New Hempstead earlier in the day. 

At approximately 1:10 a.m. that night, the Ramapo Police Department was notified that a Clarkstown police officer had stopped the stolen vehicle and detained the driver. The 35-year-old male from Monsey was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree (E-Felony) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (E-Felony). 

He was released on an appearance ticket for a future court appearance.
