Car Plunges Over Guardrail in Spring Valley Parking Lot

Emergency personnel, including Hatzoloh,  are at the scene of an accident involving a car that knocked over a guardrail, plummeting over the edge of a steep incline and overturning adjacent to the parking lot of The Pavilion at Pine Valley. 

The driver had to be extracted from the vehicle.

The assisted living facility is located off North Main Street near Bristol Lane.
