BDE: R’ Gershon Tarshish Victim of Friday’s House Fire

After a fire on Stonehurst Court Friday morning that tragically resulted in
the death of R’ Gershon Tarshish a’h, as reported by Rockland Daily here - the niftar’s next of kin was finally located.
As the niftar lived alone, finding the brother in San Francisco took some time for Chesed Shel Emes. After he was contacted, the body was released, and the levaya has been scheduled. It will take place today at 12 p.m. at the
Sons of Israel Cemetery of Spring Valley on Brick Church Road.
