UPDATE: Tragedy in Spring Valley: School Bus Accident Results in Fatality

The levaya will take place at the Satmar Bais Medrash at 1 Monsey Boulevard at 2 p.m.

UPDATE: 12:40 p.m.

Tragically, Toby Rochel Neuman, a'h the daughter of R' Yona Chaim Nueman, passed away at the age of five after being struck by a school bus on South Madison Avenue. 

The street remains closed due to the ongoing investigation and the work being conducted by Misaskm and Chesed Shel Emes.

Hatzolah and emergency services are on the scene where a child was struck by a bus at 59 South Madison Avenue in Spring Valley.

The child is reportedly in critical condition.
