Recipe: Apple Cider Miami Ribs

A delicious piece of meat doesn’t necessarily have to require hours upon hours of baking time. These ribs cook in just an hour and they’re packed with flavor!

5-7 slices of Miami ribs 

1 tablespoon instant coffee

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup apple cider 

4 tablespoons silan or honey

In a small bowl combine the coffee, sugar, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until combined. Oil each slice of meat and press a bit of the coffee mixture on both sides of every piece. Layer the meat in a pan, and if you have extra coffee rub, sprinkle it evenly over the meat. Pour the apple cider by the sides of the meat and drizzle the top with honey or silan. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for an hour.
