Ramapo Police Department Plays a Part in Granting a Wish

This morning, members of the Town of Ramapo Police Department brightened up 13-year-old Noam's day. Noam, who lives in Tel Aviv, is battling Neuroblastoma, a type of childhood cancer. 

Local Ramapo residents coordinated the granting of his wish to come to New York. Then, since he loves the police, the Town of Ramapo sent a special unit of police officers to visit. Officers brought gifts like Lego sets and a variety of police memorabilia. Noam also got to meet two K9 teams and one of the department's SWAT officers.
