Early Voting Begins This Weekend in Rockland County
Nine days of early voting will be available before each of the two upcoming elections, which take place before November's general election. As the first primary is June 28, early voting begins this weekend.
Voting will include a vote for New York's governor, lieutenant governor and State Assembly. The August 23 primary covers congressional and state senate elections and New York Congressional District 19.
Early voters check in as during any regular voting day. They then receive a ballot and vote. Instructions will be available at the early voting centers to familiarize voters with the ballot.
Registered Rockland County voters can go to any of seven early voting places through June 26 from 9-5 with hours on Thursday, June 23 from 12-8 pm.
