BDE: R’ Moshe Aryeh Sussholz, z”l
By Yitzy Fried
We are saddened to inform you of the passing of Reb Moshe Aryeh Sussholz, a longtime resident of Monsey. He was in his seventies.
The niftar was born in the year 1957 to Rav Dovid Eliyahu, zt”l, and was remembered by those who were privileged to know him as a Yid from a different generation, filled with Torah and middos tovos.
“He was a heiliger Yid, a fartzeitisher (old-fashioned) Yid,” recalled one heartbroken acquaintance. “His life was filled with Torah and avodah.”
The Levaya took place at Khal Mishkan Yosef, which is led by Rav Yitzchok Sternberg, shlit”a, where the niftar davened. In addition to his children and other rabbonim who knew him, the niftar was eulogized by Rav Chaim Flohr, a longtime acquaintance of the niftar and one of Monsey’s most senior rabbonim.
Yehi zichro Baruch.
