New Hempstead Women Gather B'Achdus for Tehillim and Chizuk

Last night, the New Hempstead community held its fourth evening for Tehillim, chizuk, and inspiration as reported previously by Rockland Daily here. 

The gathering was attended by women and girls of all ages from eight different local shuls and arranged as a zechus for yeshuos for Klal Yisroel as the war in Eretz Yisroel continues.

The evening was hosted by Knesses Yisroel on Union Road. After Aviva Orlian was the speaker for week three, Rebbetzin Chany Viener addressed the crowd last night, offering chizuk and insight during these trying times.  

The entire Sefer Tehillim was completed fourteen times within 25 minutes by the more than a hundred women and girls in attendance.

The night, which was arranged by Miriam Adelman and Elana Staum, will continue to meet weekly on Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m. at Knesses Yisroel with a different speaker each week.
