Vizhnitz Monsey Kollel Announces Major Salary Increase

This afternoon, a gathering was held for the hundreds of yungeleit of Kollel Emes V’emunah Vizhnitz in Monsey, announcing a major initiative to significantly raise Kollel salaries through the support of generous donors.

Yesterday, a meeting took place at the home of philanthropist R’ Eliezer Scheiner in Monsey, called by the Vizhnitz Monsey Rebbe. R’ Eliezer Scheiner addressed the gathering, sharing reports on the Adirei HaTorah initiative at Bais Medrash Govoha. The Rebbe then gave divrei kodesh, urging donors to support the cause. A Keren Yesod was established on the spot, with millions pledged. R’ Eliezer Scheiner and R’ Yechezkel Avigdor Einhorn each committed $333,000.

At today’s event in Monsey, attended by over 400 Kollel members, it was announced that starting next Zman after Pesach, Kollel stipends will double.
