Village of Spring Valley Invites Residents to Present on Annual Grievance Day

The Village of Spring Valley’s annual Grievance Day will take place on Tuesday, February 21. To submit a grievance for the annual forum, the appropriate form must be submitted by Tuesday, February 21.
