Village of Nyack Adopts Trial One-Hour Free Parking Policy

The Village of Nyack Parking Authority is testing a new one-hour free parking policy at the Riverspace Municipal Parking Lot on Artopee Way.

The policy will be effective for the next 60 days, subject to review and possible renewal after that time.

Vehicle owners using the one-hour free option only need to visit a Multimeter or use the ParkMobil app to extend their parking session. Hours of enforcement are 10:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. on all days of the week except Sunday.

The one-hour free option is in addition to the existing long-term metered parking in the lot. 

The new policy is intended to facilitate convenient access to nearby shops, including the Fresh Market.
