UPDATE:

Following the terrorist attack in which three men were injured, Hamas claimed credit for the attack and said this was just the first in a series of retaliations for an Israeli military attack that killed three Palestinian terrorists earlier that day in the village of Jaba, south of Jenin.

The suspects had opened fire on Israeli troops, who then returned fire.

Video from the aftermath showed a chaotic scene, with dozens of police and medical first responders rushing to the scene. A clip surfaced in which one of the gunmen was trapped in an alleyway.

Prime Minister Netanyahu was in Rome at the time of the attack.

The latest in a string of terror incidents to strike Eretz Yisroel occurred this evening in Tel Aviv.

Original Post:

An Arab gunman opened fire on Dizengoff Street at the corner of Ben Yehuda Street in Tel Aviv, wounding three men in their twenties. As of a few minutes ago, one was in critical condition, one in serious condition, and one in moderate condition. They were evacuated to Ichilov Hospital.

The suspect was neutralized by security forces, who responded to the scene.
