Upcoming Elections in Rockland Villages

Several Villages will hold elections on Tuesday, March 21.

The Village of Montebello will hold elections at the Village Hall where The Preserve Montebello line is running uncontested, with Lance N. Millman running for a four-year term as mayor; Stacy Caridi running for a four-year term as trustee; and David Liebergall running for a two-year term as trustee.  No referendums or measures are on Tuesday's ballot. 

The Village of Chestnut Ridge will hold its elections at the Village Hall at 277 Old Nyack Turnpike from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The current incumbent Trustees Shmuli Fromovitz, Grant Valentine, and Paul Van Alstyne are all up for re-election and are running on “Row A”. There is a strong social media write-in campaign underway challenging all three current incumbents.

The Village of Pomona will hold elections at the Village Hall at 100 Ladentwon Road. The Mayor Ilan Fuchs, mayor, and the Village Board is up for re-election including Joel Grunwald, trustee, Raanan Zidile trustee. 

The Village of Airmont, where the majority of the Village Board is up for election, including Mayor Nathan Bubel, Morris Friedman trustee, and Laurence O.Toole, trustee is also holding elections on Tuesday.
