Two Lives Lost in Head-on Collision on Palisades Parkway

A horrific accident claimed two lives in the wee hours of Motzei Shabbos, and sent a third person to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

At 2:40 am, a car was speeding down the Palisades Parkway between exits 9-10 in Nanuet. A number of accounts say he was traveling the wrong way, when the driver hit a second vehicle head on. After emergency crews extricated the drivers, one was pronounced dead at the scene, and a second was transported to Nyack Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

A third person was transported by Hatzolah to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
