Toldos Aharon Rebbe in Monsey This Shabbos to Celebrate Grandson's Aufruf
The Toldos Aharon Rebbe is returning to his one-time hometown in Monsey this Shabbos to mark the aufruf of a grandson.
The chosson, Rav Yosef Meir Kohn -- a son of Rav Aharon, the rebbe's son and the Rav of the Toldos Aharon shul in Monsey -- is due to get married on Monday in Ateres Charna. The rebbe has spent the past few Shabbosos in Williamsburg and Boro Park, and will now be in Monsey, where he lived for years after his own chasuna. The Toldos Aharon kehilla is famous in Yerushalayim for their golden kaftans and distinctive dress.
The tefillos and tishen will take place in the Toldos Aharon shul at 48 Suzanne Drive.
The rebbe's lodging will be at the home of Rav Meir Zalman Steg at 10 Lemore Ave.
