TODAY: Hachnosas Sefer Torah in Memory of R’ Nissan Erps, z”l

The Erps family will be inaugurating a Sefer Torah today in the memory of the unforgettable R’ Nissan Erps who was sadly taken from within our midst at an untimely age. 

As his first yohrtzeit was marked this past Shabbos, 20 Shevat, the family will be dedicating a Sefer Torah in his memory. R’ Nissan inspired all those who knew him with his ever-present smile despite everything he endured, and his many friends and family will be gathering for the joy of the Torah to commemorate his life in this most fitting way. 

The completion of the Torah will take place at 1:30, at 5 Laurie Lane, from where it will go out amid song and dance to the Zvehiller Beis Medrash (101 West Maple) at 4:30–a fitting tribute to R’ Nissan z”l who left an impression on so many who will never forget him.
