Tilcon New York Wins Bid to Provide Rockland With Road Surface Material

Tilcon New York Inc was selected as the lowest responsible bidder to provide concrete and bituminous materials for Rockland County road surfaces.

Rockland County Executive Ed Day, Rockland  Superintendent of Highways Charles "Skip" Vezzetti, and Director of Purchasing Paul Brennan signed the agreement between the County's Highway Department and Tilcon New York for $250,000.
