Three Men Charged with Drunken Driving on Route 45 in the Early Hours of Memorial Day

Between 1:45 and 4am, in the early hours of Memorial Day, the Rockland County Sheriff's Department was busy on Route 45, where police charged three men with endangering others’ lives by driving drunk.
The blood-alcohol level of Jerson Garcia-Lopez, 23, of Spring Valley, was twice the legal limit, reported the police, who stopped him for driving erratically at 1:45am on Route 45, patch.com reported.
Garia-Lopez was charged with aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), and he is due in Ramapo town court on June 7.
Facing two DWI charges is Shane Thomas, 34, of Bardonia, whose blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when police stopped him at 4 am on Route 59 in Suffern, police said.
Thomas, who also faces a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, is due in Ramapo town court June 14.
Also driving while intoxicated, was Henry Camposheridia, 34, of the Bronx, who is due in Spring Valley village court on June 9. Rockland County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Camposheridia for a DWI after stopping him for driving on Route 45 without his headlights on at 3:35 am.
