Suspicious Envelope Shuts Down Spring Valley Police Department

A powder-filled envelope received by the Spring Valley Police Department has authorities concerned. 

According to News12HV, the precinct has shut down today in response to the suspicious package. 

The Rockland County Hazmat Team, a firetruck, and a decontamination support unit are at the scene.
