Suffern Residents Enjoy Coffee With a Cop at Starbucks

by Rockland Daily Staff

This morning, Ramapo Police officers met with community members at Starbucks in Suffern.

"We had many residents come out today," Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht shares with Rockland Daily, "and it was a great opportunity for our community to meet our police firsthand and talk over a cup of coffee about what our police do every day to serve our residents. We are grateful to all who stopped by and to the great management and staff of Starbucks in Airmont for their generosity and hard work in making this event a success."

Ramapo Police Department arranged the event to allow community members to get to know the local police officers. The event was scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and allowed citizens to sit down and discuss their community with the officers protecting it.
