Suffern Man Arrested and Charged with Double Felony

Responding to a report of items missing from a storage unit in a local apartment building, the Suffern Police Department used the building's security camera footage to identify a suspect. 

After a search warrant for the suspect's home was obtained on Thursday, November 17, all of the missing property was recovered. The suspect, a 48-year-old Suffern man, was arrested for Grand Larceny in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree. He was arraigned the following morning and remanded to Rockland County Jail.
