Spring Valley Swears in New Village Justice

Thomas Mascola was sworn in this afternoon as the new village justice for Spring Valley. Mascola comes with twenty-seven years of experience serving as a judge. 

Mascola replaces the previous Village Justice David Fried, who also served as a judge in the Town of Rampo but who resigned last night after a new appointment to the New York State Court of Claims.

"I would like to congratulate our new Village Justice Thomas Mascola," Village of Spring Valley Trustee Sruly Eisenbach shares with Rockland Daily. "I look forward to working with Tom for the betterment of the Village of Spring Valley as he serves his term."
