Settlement Reached Between Family of Murdered Security Guard and Finkelstein Library

The family of Sandra Wilson, a security guard at Finkelstein Memorial Library in Spring Valley who was murdered in February 2020, reached an out-of-court settlement with the library.

Wilson was stabbed by Blanchard Glaudin while at work in the library in Spring Valley.

The lawsuit brought by the family claims Glaudin was known to have harassed Wilson and her employers at Finkelstein Memorial Library did not protect her in any way.

Details of the exact nature of the settlement are sealed.
