Senator Bill Weber and the Antisemitism Working Group Host Antisemitism Roundtable Discussion

Senator Bill Weber and the Antisemitism Working Group held a roundtable discussion focused on addressing antisemitism.
The discussion took place yesterday evening at the Clarkstown Town Hall on Maple Avenue in New City.
Guest speakers for the evening included Rabbi Shragi Greenbaum, Agudah of Rockland Director, Rabbi Avi Kahan, vice president of the Derech Shalom enter/Pathway to Peace; Town of Ramapo Police Chief Martin Reilly; Town of Clarkstown Police ChiefJeffrey Wanamaker; CEO of the Holocaust Museum Center for Tolerance and Education Andrea Winograd and Rivkie Feiner, CEO of Feiner Grant Strategies. The evening was moderated by Rabbi Dovid Hoffman, editor of the Monsey Mevaser.
Attendees at the standing-room-only event included the JCC CEO David Kirschtel. Rabbi Yisroel Kahan, from the ADL, Rockland County Human Rights Commissioner Spencer Chiimbwe, four board members from the Holocaust Museum Center for Tolerance and Education, Wesley Hills Mayor Marshall Katz, and Deputy Mayors of Airmont and Pomona, Shimon Moses, and Mendy Lasker.
The members of the Antisemitism Working Group, chaired by New York State Senator Jack Martins representing the 7th Senate District, include Senator Bill Weber (38thSD).Senator Patricia Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick (9th SD), Senator Joe Griffo (53rd SD), and Senator Peter Oberacker (51st SD).
