Rockland Responds: County Executive Ed Day Responds to Question on Expiration of Temporary Restraining Order Against NYC Infiltration of Illegals

Greetings,
Can the Rockland County Executive tell us what will happen when this temporary restraining order against NYC's Mayor Adam's shipment of illegal aliens ends soon?
And why is it only temporary and not permanent, or are we just supposed to keep going to the courts to renew the temporary restraining orders until we get a pro-American president and administration to close the borders the right way?
Sincerely,
Grandson of Legal Immigrants
Dear Legal,
My administration sued the City of New York over their lack of authority to establish a shelter in the County of Rockland. When we filed, we requested a Temporary Restraining Order, which requires a judge to render a decision expeditiously, but it is also provisional. Ours was granted by a judge, therefore creating a legal stay until the lawsuit is hashed out by the parties before the court.
Ed Day
Rockland County Executive
