Rockland Daily Contest: Name That Calf!

Last January, Rockland Daily readers received the privilege of naming Frappucino, the lamb, for West Maple Farm; this summer, we're doing it again for the farm's newest baby, a calf born last night. 

The new calf is a Miniature Zebu, the second calf born on the farm after Daisy Lue, born in April 2019 to the same mother. The calf joins the barnyard along with last week's  newly hatched chicks,

Amid a bumper crop of blueberries, peas, squash, cucumbers, and more, all available for self-picking ventures, visitors can now line up to see Monsey's West Maple Farm's newest resident as well.
