Rockland County SWCD Hosts Annual Bird Walk

The Rockland Soil and Water Conservation District will be hosting its annual bird walk on Friday, February 17. 

The bird walk will take place at Mount Ivy County Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., located at 75 Firemens Memorial Drive in Pomona.  The walk coincides with the Great Backyard Bird Count, which is a project of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Birds Canada, and Audubon. All findings will be uploaded to the eBird platform.
