Rockland County Sheriffs Office Hosts 911 Training

Rockland County Sheriffs Office - 911 Communications Division hosted a training yesterday for over two dozen 911 supervisors and administrators from eighteen 9-1-1 centers across four states. 

Attendees were on hand to learn at the Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP), hosted by the Communications Division at the Rockland County Fire Training Center in Pomona. CMCP is considered the gold standard for 9-1-1 center administrators and 9-1-1 authority directors.

The instructor, Paul Hicks, ENP represented NENA - National Emergency Number Association.
