Rockland County Approves Additional $103,272 in Funding for Homeless

The Rockland County Department of Social Services approved a resolution for increased funding to provide mobile outreach services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and are vulnerable to serious acute health conditions. 

The agreement provides an additional $103,272 in funding bringing the total contract amount to $319,742.

Rockland County Executive Ed Day, Commissioner Joan Silverstri, and Mental Health Association of Rockland County President/CEO Stephanie Madison signed the resolution last week.
