Recipes: Rainbow Salad with Spicy Garlic Dressing

2 cups spinach leaves

1 cup purple cabbage, shredded

1 yellow pepper, diced

1 red pepper, diced 

4 sour pickles, sliced 

Spicy Garlic Dressing:

4 tablespoons mayonnaise 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cubes frozen garlic 

1 teaspoon sriracha 

1/8 teaspoon salt 

Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well until fully incorporated. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and serve.
