Ramapo Police Officers Target Commercial Vehicles on N. Airmont Road

In response to residents' complaints, Ramapo Police Officers conducted targeted enforcement of commercial vehicles traveling on N Airmont Road in Suffern last week. 

With the exception of local deliveries, vehicles weighing in excess of ten tons are prohibited from traveling on N Airmont Rd. Those who were found to be in violation of this law were issued a traffic summons returnable in court later this month.
