New Kosher Steakhouse Opening in Rockland

Chef Zach Hess, of both T-Fusion and Bordeaux Steakhouse, is bringing his talents to Rockland County via Dolcetto, a new steakhouse set to open this month.

"I am a 3rd generation chef, Hess shared on the restaurant's website. “My grandmother and father were both executive chefs, and from the moment I was able to walk, my place was in the kitchen right beside them."

Dolcetto is bringing an authentic kosher steakhouse to the Chestnut Ridge area. Its curated menu will feature chef-selected aged meats, signature dishes, and an expansive drink menu.

Notable menu items will include the Pan Seared Duck Breast, served with creamy polenta, baby spinach, and orange bur blanc sauce, the Spinach and Warm Mushroom Salad and the Meat Pizza with shredded beef, mushrooms, onions, and marinara sauce truffle oil.

"I bring an extensive experience in worldwide cuisine and a firm belief that great ingredients, passion, and happy cooks make delicious food, and I run all my kitchens with that core belief," stated Hess.

It will be kosher certified by the Tarnopol Beth Din.
