Monsey Man Arriving in E"Y for Yom Tov Collapses in the Ben Gurion Airport Parking Lot

A 39-year-old Monsey man, who had just arrived in Eretz Yisroel with his family for Yom Tov, collapsed in the airport parking lot while going to rent a car from Ben Gurion.

Hatzalah and Magen Dovid Adom volunteers, medics, and paramedics administered CPR. The patient was transported by ambulance to the Shamir-Assaf Harofeh Hospital in Tzrifin.

"When I arrived at the scene, they directed me to a 39-year-old man who was lying in the parking lot, unconscious without a pulse and without breathing after collapsing," medic Efi Friedman relates, according to Hamodia. "Together with MDA medics and paramedics, we performed advanced resuscitation on him, which included giving him electric shocks, heart massage, and pulmonary treatment, and he was evacuated while continuing the resuscitation operations in MDA's Akmo mobile for further treatment in the shock room at Shamir Hospital – Assaf Harofeh in Tzrifin."

Tefillos are requested for Avraham Tzvi ben Chava.
