Metro-North Updates Schedules Starting March 30

By Y.M. Lowy

Metro-North is updating its train schedules starting Sunday, March 30, with some changes that could make trips a bit different. Here’s what’s happening:

Hudson Line

If you catch the 6:11 a.m. train from Croton-Harmon, it’ll leave one minute earlier and now stop at Marble Hill at 6:40 a.m.

The 6:13 a.m. train from Poughkeepsie will leave five minutes earlier.

The 8:11 a.m. train from Croton-Harmon will also leave one minute earlier and stop at Yankees-E 153 St at 8:54 a.m.

On weekends, some Poughkeepsie trains will skip Tarrytown and Ossining.

Harlem Line

Evening trains heading out of the city will be more evenly spaced out, making it easier to catch a ride. Plus, two extra local trains will run from Grand Central to North White Plains on weekday nights.

New Haven Line

Some rush-hour trains will leave at slightly different times to make transferring smoother.

Five super-express trains will zoom between Grand Central and New Haven in 90 minutes or less.

Since there are a bunch of smaller changes, using the TrainTime app can help you keep track to avoid missing your ride.
