Man Arrested one week ago Indicted for Murder in West Nyack, Faces 25 Years to Life

As Rockland Daily reported last week Jospeh Janulewicz, 63, of West Nyack was arrested and arraigned last week for the murder of an Orange County man.
Today, he was formally indicted by a Grand Jury in the murder.
Janulewicz was indicted on the following charges: One count of Murder in the Second Degree, class “A” Felony, and one count of Concealment of a Human Corpse, class “E” Felony
Thomas E. Walsh II is the District Attorney for Rockland County, and he announced the charges. “As alleged, the defendant perpetrated a brutal and senseless act of violence that resulted in the death of Brian Romney. This type of violence will never be tolerated and those who commit these crimes will be held accountable. My office will continue to work with the New York State Police to ensure justice is served for this horrific crime.”
