House Fire in Chestnut Ridge

The Monsey Fire Department responded to a basement fire on Hawk Street in Chestnut Ridge yesterday morning. 

The Monsey Fire Department was assisted by the Tallman Volunteer Fire Department and South Spring Valley Fire Department. All of the occupants evacuated before the arrival of first responders and no injuries were reported at the scene. 

 The cause of this fire is still under investigation at this time.
