Garnerville Lots Sold to Monsey-Based Developer of Single-Family Homes

Last week, All Madison, LLC, purchased lots at 45, 75, and 55-63 Madison Avenue in Garnerville in the Town of Haverstraw.

While plans have yet to be developed for the property, Joel Salamon, the principal of All Madison, LLC, said he would likely subdivide the property into buildable lots and construct homes.

According to the Rockland County Business Journal, the lots were purchased for $1.3 million. The buildable lots are 4.94-acres combined and have residential units on them.

The properties sit in an R-15, a medium-density residential district that allows for single-family residential homes on lots of at least 15,000 square feet. Based on this, a minimum of 14 units would be allowed.

The Estate of Sarah Raymond sold the property to All Madison, LLC through its executors.
