Driver Flees Scene After Losing Control of Vehicle

Emergency services were at the scene of an accident early this morning on Second Avenue at the corner of Lawrence Street, where a driver lost control of his vehicle. 

The car drove into a pole, causing the wires to fall, the pole to tile, and the vehicle to begin smoking, resulting in the street closure from Second Avenue until Drayton Place.

The driver fled the scene.
