Culinary Corner: PB and Caramel Oat Bars

A perfect treat to satisfy your cravings! 


1 cup oats

1/4 cup peanut butter 

1/4 cup caramel sauce 

1 tablespoon honey

Pinch of salt 

2 oz chocolate 

2 tablespoons caramel sauce 


In a small pan heat the peanut butter, caramel, and honey over low heat. Once runny, add in the oats and fold in until fully incorporated. Remove your mixture from the heat and place on parchment paper. Use a spatula to create a rectangular shape. Freeze until set. Once set drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce, and cut into squares.
