Clarkstown to Inspect 14 Homes Suspected of Violating Codes

by M.C. Millman
Clarkstown received permission to inspect fourteen homes suspected of violating health and safety code concerns, as previously reported by Rockland Daily here.
The inspections will take place over the next two weeks and were arranged after an agreement was reached with the group that manages the properties.
"Our issue is to get compliance and to not have the overcrowding of transient folks in a single-family home. The health, safety, welfare concern – that's our main concern," Deputy Town Attorney for Clarkstown Kevin Conway said Monday, according to News 12.
